1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "EULA") govern your use of the Auramax mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by an independent developer ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Auramax, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Auramax.

2. Description of Service

Auramax is an AI-powered mobile application that provides entertainment-focused facial analysis. Specifically, the app:

• Captures a single photo using your device camera
• Analyzes facial features using artificial intelligence algorithms
• Generates entertainment scores and ratings based on aesthetic analysis
• Provides personalized recommendations for potential improvements
• Stores analysis results (not photos) in your account for tracking

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Auramax
• Users between 13-17 must have parental or guardian consent
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One account per user - account sharing is prohibited

5. Account Creation & Authentication

To use Auramax, you must create an account using:

• Apple Sign-In, or
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Photo Processing & Privacy

6.1 Camera Access

Auramax requires camera access to capture photos for analysis. By granting camera permission, you consent to the app capturing photos of your face for AI processing.

6.2 Photo Handling

6.3 Analysis Results

Analysis results (scores, ratings, facial feature data) are stored in your account and can be:

• Viewed at any time through the app
• Deleted by you at any time
• Exported (if functionality is available)

7. Acceptable Use

7.1 You MAY:

• Use Auramax to analyze your own face
• View your analysis results and recommendations
• Track your progress over time (if subscribed)

7.2 You MAY NOT:

• Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
• Upload photos of minors (under 18)
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI algorithms
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent payment or subscription requirements
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Ownership

• Auramax, including all AI algorithms, software, design, and features, is owned by the developer
• All trademarks, logos, and branding are the property of the developer
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes

8.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload (though we delete them immediately)
• You own your analysis results and can delete them at any time

9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
• We may discontinue features or the entire service with reasonable notice

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Auramax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability to you cannot exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key Privacy Points:

• We never permanently store your photos
• We collect minimal personal data (only what's necessary for the service)
• We comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• You have the right to access, export, and delete your data

11. Account Termination

11.1 Your Right to Terminate

• You can stop using Auramax at any time
• You can delete your account through the app settings
• Deleting your account permanently removes all your data
• Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the billing period unless cancelled

11.2 Our Right to Terminate

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice (if feasible)
• Upon termination, you lose access to premium features and stored data

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• For significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or email (if provided)
• Continued use of Auramax after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
• If you don't agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the app

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which you reside. For users outside the United States, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.

13.1 Dispute Resolution

• We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first
• Contact us at the email below to attempt to resolve any issues
• Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration or small claims court

14. Apple App Store Requirements

This EULA is between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for Auramax or its content. However:

• Apple may enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary
• Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple
• For subscription issues, contact Apple Support or use the Restore Purchase feature in the app
• Apple's standard Terms of Use apply to your use of the App Store

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auramax regarding use of the service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
